I have left the Common Ground Team to be an Associate Broker and selling agent at our parent brokerage PalmerHouse Properties.
The only constant in our world is change but my commitment to marketing excellence will never waiver. My clients can now expect even more from me in delivering the best marketing available in the Atlanta marketplace. The marketplace continues to evolve and as REALTORs we must always be improving our services. I am excited about some additional marketing programs I am going to now be able to implement for my clients to deliver even more exceptional results.
I have thoroughly enjoyed being a selling agent and Team Leader at CGRE. As Team Leader or head mentor; I was the goto person for all of the team members when dealing with “an issue.” That has been a rewarding experience but a challenging exercise in time management given my client needs given my incredible sales performance. I decided that my clients come first and I need to focus solely on my personal sales and business development.
Experience has taught me that just because I decided to leave the role of Team Leader; the role will not leave me in the expectation of the agent team. There are only so many hours in a day and quality of life is important. It really hurt to leave the team I help build but I must. My personal sales have reached a level that even amaze me and I am looking forward to taking it to an even higher level. I am currently on track to close 43 homes and condos for 2017 totaling over $8,820,000.
